  • Maintain CRM and tracking systems related to technical programs, member participation in technical sessions, event attendance, and operational follow-up, and provide backup support for membership records, onboarding, and offboarding when required
  • Prepare and update basic operational reports, registration lists, participation records, and follow-up trackers
  • Support process improvement and standardization across onboarding, events, meeting coordination, and member-support workflows
  • Support accurate technical-program and participation records, and assist with member onboarding/offboarding workflows as backup or where technical-team coordination is required.
  • Collaborate closely with the Membership & Events Assistant to ensure consistent coordination across member programs, technical sessions, events, and related follow-up, with each role providing cross-coverage when required.
  • Handle sensitive member and operational information with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

You Bring

  • 1+ year of experience in operations, administration, membership support, event coordination, webinar coordination, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Clear written communication skills, including agendas, meeting notes, follow-ups, and coordination messages
  • Comfort using calendars, word processors, spreadsheets, video-conferencing platforms, and CRM or tracking systems
  • Sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism when handling member, partner, or operational information
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying connected to a collaborative team

You must have the ability to acquire and maintain a Government of Canada security clearance at the Secret level. Also, a police reference check will be required.
