Email the completed form to info@cctx.ca, and our team will guide you through the following steps.

Applications are approved by the Membership Committee of the Board of Directors. All applicants sign our Services Agreement which outlines the terms of membership and the confidentiality conditions under which members agree to treat any information they receive from the CCTX.
