Yahoo Inc., un recours collectif r\u00e9sultant de cyberattaques qui ont compromis les donn\u00e9es des comptes des utilisateurs de Yahoo. Comme indiqu\u00e9 dans \u00ab Recours collectifs en cas de violation de donn\u00e9es : les tribunaux canadiens se montrent plus s\u00e9v\u00e8res \u00bb, cette affaire (qui n\u2019a pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e) a fourni des perspectives pr\u00e9cieuses sur l\u2019\u00e9tat des recours collectifs pour atteinte \u00e0 la vie priv\u00e9e, le juge Perell ayant proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 un examen approfondi des r\u00e8glements approuv\u00e9s pour de tels recours.
