The Role

This a new position designed to support the work of the Canadian Anti-Scam Coalition, part of the Canadian Cyber Threat Exchange. Join a growing team, be part of the solution.

You Will

  •  Execute and coordinate all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, scheduling, and reporting.
  •  Act as a central point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring engagement and timely communication.
  •  Create, edit, and distribute content for press releases, social media, reports, and presentations.
  •  Analyze issues and risks, identify communication gaps, and develop solutions to keep projects on track.

You Bring

  •  Strong writing and editing skills; ability to distill complex issues into plain language.
  •  Ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging communications materials.
  •  Customer service and consultative skills to interact effectively with staff and stakeholders.
  •  Facilitation skills to coordinate project efforts collaboratively.
  •  Discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive or confidential materials.
  •  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  •  Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or a related discipline.

You must have the ability to acquire and maintain a Government of Canada security clearance at the Secret level. Also, a police reference check will be required.

Work Setup

Fully remote (Canada) with a secure workspace.

Compensation
